Returns & Refunds Policy
At MQ Prestige Beds Ltd, every bed is individually made to order. We do not keep pre-made stock. Each order is produced according to the customer’s selected size, colour, fabric, specification, and custom measurements.
Our products are custom-made, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
All sales are final.
This policy complies with UK consumer regulations for bespoke or personalised items, which are exempt from standard return rights.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
After this period, cancellations are not possible, as materials and labour are allocated to your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Although returns are not possible for custom-made items, we will always put things right if:

The item arrives damaged,

The product has a manufacturing defect, or
-
You receive the incorrect item.
If there is a problem with the manufacturing of the bed, we can consider the following actions as suitable:

Repairing the affected parts,

Replacing the faulty components, or
-
Providing a full replacement bed if the issue cannot be resolved through repair.
These solutions will be offered at no cost to the customer.
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.
Measurements & Specifications
Please ensure all sizes, measurements and choices (fabric, colour, options) are correct when placing your order.
We manufacture exactly to the details provided, and we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
